CNS | Neurological Campus

The CNS - Neurological Campus was created with the aim of providing patients, families, and caregivers, within the same physical space, a multidisciplinary approach specializing in Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders, Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, strokes, and other neurological diseases.

Additionally, through the CNS Science and CNS Academy units, the CNS seeks to combine clinical excellence with conducting high-quality research projects and training health professionals and the general public.

The CNS’s mission is to improve the quality of life and autonomy of its patients, using a specialized multidisciplinary approach performed by health professionals with recognized expertise, in collaboration with families and caregivers. It also aims to educate patients and families, making them an integral part of the clinical decision-making process.

To position itself as a unique space in the field of neurological diseases in Portugal and Europe, combining a center of specialized multidisciplinary care excellence with academic and training activities.
