Primary Care Research, Innovation, Integration, Science & Education (PRIISE)

1. Identify and address relevant issues in daily clinical practice by using rigorous research methodologies and involving PHC professionals in all stages of the scientific process, from study design to execution. 

2. Strengthen research skills among professionals and academics connected to PHC by promoting continuous education, technical-scientific training, and encouraging the production of knowledge with national and international impact.

3. Promote the integration of scientific knowledge into clinical practice, ensuring that the evidence produced effectively contributes to improving the quality of care and to the formulation of health policies based on real data.

4. Foster multidisciplinary and multicenter collaboration by coordinating teams from PHC, academic institutions, healthcare structures, and local communities to produce contextualized evidence that represents the clinical reality of the National Health Service. 

5. Contribute to the empowerment of professionals and the construction of a more effective National Health Service sustained by locally generated, applied research aimed at solving concrete problems of the population.
